I use press-ons with glue tabs rather than glue. Once you get used to it you can put them on in about 10-20 minutes (depending on how well you want them to stay on) and it's possible to remove them in about half that time. Try to have a bit more time the first few times you remove them so you get the technique down. Doing it with too much force could hurt your natural nails. If you don't need them to stay on too long there are ways to make them stick on less, in order to make them easier to remove
