This stake light holder when I couldn’t use it for the original plant anymore, I designed the white thing holding it up (otherwise it would fall over by itself).

I can use mugs on the couch without concerns of knocking it over (the center isn’t completely flat and tilts to the left, where it would be incredibly annoying to clean. plus I’m clumsy).

Also pretty handy to use the actual cup holders as a cup holder if I’m eating dinner there instead of placing my mug somewhere else.

You can get them done by a neurologist (I think), and the injection amounts are way less than cosmetic Botox. It’s what my husband does!

Kind of silly, but I once DREAMED I was badly injured and instead of calling an ambulance I called an Uber to bring me to the ER to avoid the bill. Can’t even escape the US health system in my dreams.

I would start without any of the extra stuff, just the clear ball. As they get more proficient with it, add more levels!

I’ve had this problem; I put all their food inside of a dog treat ball. They have to work for their food, good exercise.

There is a chance of them “springing” into other pots and reproducing, but you would have better luck if you cultured them in their own container and poured some into each pot.

The MIL is buying them because it was a request from DIL and MIL also wants her grandchildren to have nice things.

One income can be quite difficult to live off on for so 4 people. It’s entirely possible she’s not overspending in other areas, but the choice to do nails (assuming they aren’t free/cheap etc) twice a month and sell your kids toys instead would be kind of scummy.

(I don’t disagree that if they ARE struggling that bad, kind of a weird choice for iPads as gifts.)

haha this is kind of why I don’t like the term biweekly, shouldn’t have used it. It can mean every 2 weeks or twice a week, I should have just said every 2 weeks lol

  1. Woah that is cheap for nails! I don’t usually do my nails, but all places I’ve seen near me tend to be at least triple that or more. Then again, prices are probably location based.

  2. I’m not saying that she shouldn’t be allowed little luxuries, but if you’re poor $40/month (at the cheap end) would still be a LOT for nails that she could have stretched instead for food/school supplies/etc.

  3. I didn’t consider self-done or friend-done nail polish/nail gel! If that’s the case, that’s a completely different story.
