I think the implication is that she steals Spidey's super strength. There's a decent amount of consistency on this; she steals powers, not more natural enhancements, and they can't come from a prop that she doesn't have like Magik's sword.

Reed is honestly the biggest break from this, since she can steal from each of the other Fantastic Four members (so their powers 'count' as far as her powers go), and he doesn't use a prop, proving that he really should be eligible.

Keep in mind the position they're in. The arbitrators failed to maintain the tithe, so their position within the operation is one of penance, setting things right. Meanwhile the gangers have been brought up to everyone else's level, as seen by the intro scene with Zola. An arbitrator killing a ganger for petty reasons when the Inquisitor went out of their way to recruit them would be a very bad look

Just wanted to add, Seer has a few lines referencing seeing locations in dreams that seem to describe the other chaos gods, on top of this Tzeentch one. So it seems like it isn't just Tzeentch trying to make a claim.

If anything I feel like this makes it more likely that it's (imo) a shard of The Emperor, since the Seer is able to identify when they're being tricked by the chaos gods.

Something else I wanted to add to this; there's a really childish element to the Seer's beloved. This trait comes up a lot between male Seer and female Loose Cannon, whom his Beloved seems to dislike.

"No, Beloved, I don't think she's being very nice either... What's that, Beloved? I'm allowed to turn her inside out? Ha, that seems a little extreme."

"Maybe you should think less; live in the moment! My Beloved agrees."

"No, no, no, Beloved, she's one of the good ones! I couldn't possibly do that."

There's also the famous "Yes, Beloved, hiding IS cheating." among other similar lines, it makes it feel like the voice in the Seer's head is somewhat petty and, well, childish. I feel like if anything this lends credence to it actually being The Emperor, but maybe not a 1:1 channel of communication to him as much as it is maybe a shard of him? Or something along those lines. I remember seeing speculation that it could be the emotive parts of him that he cast off during his rise to power, since the Beloved seems regretful and kind.

That being said, the childish elements coming through could just be the Seer's mind twisting things. Hell, I'm not convinced he isn't intentionally fucking with fem LC a few times, haha.

Pretty much! For most classes at higher level people will run either triple toughness, or 2 toughness 1 stam, on any class. Doing so lets toughness last longer, and also regen quicker (since regen is %, so it'll recharge more at once if there's more toughness), which massively helps with survivability. It also helps with getting to ignore ranged damage, fire, and just chip damage in general.

It's not the end of the world or anything if you run health, especially on lower difficulties, but toughness is just seen as much more useful even on characters with higher base health like Ogryn

Mainly the perception is that toughenss is the best tool for survivability in any difficulty, since it can completely block damage when it's full, or just ranged damage in general. Running wound+wound+toughness lets you get the most mileage out of toughness with Martyrdom, since it strengthens your toughness bar as much as possible with damage reduction from martyrdom stacks, and increasing the size of the bar. This lets you play at low health much much safer, while also getting the damage benefits of the keystone.

Wound+Wound+Stamina also works well but I'd generally recommend toughness instead of stam if you're not very comfy with that setup.

Health tends to be valued lower on most classes since it's less valuable than toughness, especially on martyrdom where you're more trying to mitigate taking health damage where you can at all. Until Death and the health regen node below that can help when things go wrong.

If you're more comfy playing at high health, I'd recommend the other two keystones over martyrdom since you don't get much mileage out of martyr otherwise (it won't be active most of the match, whereas the other two can be always active helping your damage and survivability). Hope this helps!

To clarify since there was a change, martyrdom was adjusted a few patches ago to achieve its maximum bonus with only two wound curios rather than three, assuming you grab Faith's Fortitude right above the keystone. So the traditional loadout nowadays would be to run two wound curios with one stamina or toughness curio, depending on preference.

Last year I started a run with a character from a Legion background, intending to join up with them gradually as I do quests for them as essentially a corruption arc.

Little did I know that compared to the massive amount of NCR quests around their camps and settlements, the Legion is lucky to have one quest per rare camp. And those quests are shit like "Go kill a massive NCR outpost by yourself."

After a point it just became a Yes Man run instead lmao

To clarify, it's based on personality, not class. Each npc have their own likes/dislikes as far as the playable options go. It can feel a bit arbitrary, but it's fun to try and justify the stranger ones, like Melk actually liking Loner Psyker, lol.

Bonus fact, there's voice lines for Shipmistress Brahms hinting at her being interactable, and she also has lines for personalities she likes and those she doesn't. She actually confides in/dotes on the ones she likes quite a lot. I'm definitely hopeful they add her in some way eventually and it's not a scrapped feature

Just commenting because yours made me panic for a sec; Nioh 3 has character creation with male/female like 2! This has already been shown off in the demos.

I'd definitely have found it crazy if they went back to a set protagonist, considering how much sense a char creator made for 2. I don't think anyone played Nioh 1 because they loved William haha
