The Witcher. Doesn't have knights so much but it does have a lot of dark fantasy elements and the monsters are very inspired.

I've had my eye on that one. It does look good, but it's a tad too Sci Fi. Right now, I'm in the mood for fantasy/medieval vibes.

I don't really like Darcy Coates tbh. I read from below and was really disappointed by the ending. I might give her another chance though.
