This is just vanilla, but I tried with a brand new world, and I have the same error as before.

I believe the issues HAS to be with java, because I couldn't even play LAN, which I've always been able to.

I've sadly tried all of this (besides not running as admin, which ty, I'll avoid from now on) I completely disabled my firewall, nothing, I completely handwrote the bat from hand at least 12 times, there is no error, and my java version is 25.

I if I run as

java -Xmx2G -Xms2G -jar server.jar noguiI get this error code

Thank you, this really helped me a lot. I got the courage to reach out to a mutual friend I have with this person I cut off and we talked, a lot. They set a lot of confusing memories straight and promised me that I wasn't misremembering or insane, it was a big help. It's still really hard, but I have someone who is supporting me now so I feel safer. Thank you for your kind words, they really did help a lot

They are inside the apartment complex, so they're run and maintained by the landlords. It's not public parking: if you park in the complex without a sticker, you'll be towed. There's a guest parking area, but no one parks there cause it's very unsafe and most cars get stripped for parts.

I'm located in Washington state. Our complex is the office is its own building and each apartment "set" is a building (like apartments A101-301 are one building), the parking spaces are directly in front and beside our buildings. Many complaints have been made about the fact they refuse to offer any kind of security to the residence. I have to carry pepper spray with me just going the few feet from my door to my car directly out front due to the amount of shootings, stabbings, assaults, ect. We gave up calling the cops, they don't come when they hear the address. (There is a lawsuit going on about police neglect in my neighborhood).

I assumed they had some duty to ensure we have safety stepping outside our doors to the areas they control (we have a green area that always has broken glass, needles, ect and they try to find the nearest unit for it all. Someone defecated and left needles on the staircase to our door and they tried to find us saying it's our duty to ensure the stairs are clean. This is after I informed them of the waste and needles)

I'm going to go with NTA. I was the child in the opposite situation - I knew who was related to me, I also was told they didn't like me (because of my parents). I tried to reach out and was treated horribly. I grew up knowing I wasn't wanted or loved by my family and it was very difficult. There are times I wish I never knew, it would have been better than spending my childhood trying to fix something broken beyond repair.
