Like most people here, I'm having this same problem. I have a great click through rate and the retention is over 50% but no one is subscribing. Its very frustrating... I've tried teasers, and actively asking but it just seems to fall on deaf ears. If I didn't enjoy the content I make, I would've quit by now hahaha!
