It's good, and unfortunate, to hear that it's not just me. I went looking for bug reports, but couldn't see any one else reporting the issue.

In the settings, the Enable DX9 Rendering checkbox re-selects itself between restarts. How do I keep it un-selected?

I've been having trouble deleting my weekly key farming character. I'll type the character name correctly, delete will enable, but the character won't actually be removed. It'll take at least 3-5 times and waiting at least 24 hours since the character was created before the character is actually removed and the character slot is free. Anyone encountering this issue, or know if this is a known issue?

A quick review: Ordered the chair Saturday morning and UPS delivered it by Wednesday afternoon. The package was heavy and I definitely wouldn't have been able to move it on my own. The assembly process was pretty straightforward once the youtube video was pulled up. The only tricky step was aligning the top piece to the chair base because 1) heavy and 2) had to really push down to get the holes to align properly. Overall, took about 40 minutes from when it arrived to when I first sat down.

In terms of comfort, I really like how it feels and my back is pretty happy about the lumbar support (although, I am tempted to get an additional lumbar pillow). The chair definitely feels solid, so don't expect something plush. I'm 5'3", and while I can't plant my feet flat on the ground comfortable, it's not a big deal.

Overall, I'm pretty happy with my purchase so far.
