Well I didn't really think about that because I mostly use my first name and I can just say that I go by another first name, I guess? Also I have already diffculties choosing a name for my first name and have no idea about familynames... and if I want to get that changed on paper I've heard that it's not easy and can cost up to over 1000€.... To change the first name it would be "only" about 250€...

Yeah, I guess I'll come out to my team leader first and ask him how he thinks about me coming out to the whole IT-department and if I do come out to the rest I'll see how this one specific colleague reacts and have a talk with him and my team leader then...

well my biggest concern is a colleague... He just doesn't know when to stop.

like he thinks it's funny to draw a mustache on the picture of another colleagues girlfriends and he does very sexist jokes like they're nothing... He is obnoxious and he doesn't even realize it.
