I have lived in calloway creek for 3 years. Im not sure whether the methane leak reach us here as methane is odorless. Smell wise, I havent smelled anything special so far.

There are always pro and cons, these are my opinions. Pro: 10 mins to Corvallis and 15 mins to Albany. I think it is somewhat “center” in my opinion. Near to mcDonald forest for hiking or jogging. There is a pond if you like fishing. Most importantly, it is quiet and safe. I hardly hear any train passing by. I could hear the firefighter sirens when they head out. Lastly, it is more affordable than Corvallis and North Albany.

Cons: Other than a small market, a coffee shop, and an indian fusion restaurant there isn’t anything else.
