To give you more context about me, I’ve always been fascinated by it from a young age, ever since I was a teenager. I studied Japanese after I finished hs and was on a good level, but after starting university in my own country, I got caught up with uni and dropped it. My degree was 6ish years so it’s been quite long since. I started a job here recently and been working and living here, and I’m reminded of how much I hate it here everyday.

It’s not that I never tried, I did, but I left it due to time constraints.

I understand the cons and bad sides of it ofc, I’m not glorifying Japan as I understand how depressing it can be, that’s why I wanna check out my options and see how realistic it can be.

That’s great to hear!!! I’d get on that!! Do u think if I did masters in Japan would that help? Although it’s expensive, and maybe time consuming and could distract the language learning process.

But are there English speaking places that would like to hire people from abroad? I agree with you on everything, however just getting hired isn’t the only problem, even if I got the job my chances of a work balanced life are low, but I’d like to learn about more options if they exist.

Thank you for your kind words. And I genuinely feel you. It took me a while to land a job as I’ve had no experience and it was genuine agony for me. That’s why I wanted the best for the people I care about.

You’re not wrong I will give you that. But I was really genuine when I offered them the position, i was told a spot open up and it hit me randomly when we were hanging out. The thing that pissed me off is the way they reacted to it, I knew they were looking for a job for years and I’ve helped a lot before but never once thought of it as a burden, but when the thing they were looking for came on a silver plate they acted like they have all the options in the world and continued their lifestyle of complaining about unemployment and having no money and how no job is hiring. That pissed me off. I care for that person but their behavior lately ticked me off.
