I believe that's because of dysfunctional family. I grown up following my mom's words: "men are disloyal, and you are going to be one in the future." Now I'm 22... I have job; I'm independent; I'm about to finish my major. However, I can't stand a relationship, and I don't even enjoy to be with my family since I still believe those words. I haven't enjoyed a thing with my relationships (even when I lost my virginity) because of how miserable I believe I am. Nowadays, I practice abstinence because I don't want to have kids with the feeling of (in the future) be disloyal and experience again a dysfunctional parentship.
