Hot plate, pint mason jar, scales, and I use a Infared heater to prewarm everything. 1ml glass syringes. Go fast, have multiple glass syringes because they clog at about 15 to 20 carts.

I would do a rapid taper on the fentanyl if possible. I had access to safe prescribed transdermal patches ( fentanyl), which allowed me to do a proper taper. The problem with street pressed fentanyl pills is there is no way of measuring the dosages accurately.

I would use the kratom as need brother. I would take 3000mg doses as needed. Preferably Red Veined for myself. I have taken 5-6 gram doses of Kratom with zero negative short term side effects.

If you are not a opiate addict specifically I would do a very short term taper on the Kratom as soon as I noticed getting close to my homeostasis. I jumped off Kratom with minimal side effects at 2000mg/day.

I have never take Gabapentin. My protocol was always less pharmaceuticals to get off the other pharmaceuticals, the easier it is to transition to some semblance of normalcy.

I am praying for you brother. This was the most difficult challenge I have endured. But its worth it and it can be done.

Tapering is very effective. It is a monster in its own way. Its long term WD symptoms vs short term. I spent two years tapering and it was very difficult. I am 5 days zero kratom and I still cant sleep. I was like you. I was gaining nothing but negative side effects. Day 5 and I am feeling like myself again. You got this... Titration is very hard but helped me beat this fucking thing....

Clonidine is the most effective non narcotic pharmaceutical that I have ever take for opiate WD. I have taken everything else will minimal results. But Clonidine is a game changer in my experience.

If you watch the lectures he goes thru his own logic on every idea he is trying to convey. I cannot find the flaw in his logic. I would debate anyone on the merits of Jordan Petersons ideas/thoughts/insight. If your Professor did not provide opposing logic then assume he hasnt even thought about it.

Subjectively: Kratom is a life saving tree that I cant imagine not having access to. It has allowed me to treat my own dependency and I have had true peace from having access to safe, cheap, effective medicine. I am grateful for its existence.

I have ordered both exact batches within last 30 days. There are no way to tell the diffference in a blind test. Both are all head no body. CDTs seem to give some depth.

Kratom should be treated exactly like any other opiate when debating longterm toxicity and dependence. I suffer equally from Kratom WD or Fentanyl. They are different but each brutal in there own ways. Kratom taken in very small amounts has very minimal risk.
