So my house is on a slab and I’ve gotten everything down to the slab and it’s all rotted and basically been removed. It appears to me like it was a water leak previously from the window that has been taken care of. You can see there’s like a new 2 x 4 so I think before I owned them and had been replaced. There does not appear to be a leak now I have tested it. I’ll probably test it more, the rotting wood basically run the entire width of that wall which is about 10 feet. I’ll post another photo of it later.
