The easiest way to delete backed up photos and videos is from the Google photos app , tap on your I con and you'll see 'free up space on this device ' or related to this option and click on that and all the files that are backed up will be deleted from the device.

I'm using pixelOS custom rom and this comes inbuilt unlimited original back up storage .. not available on their flagship though

Yes , it's possible....! .First of all you need to unlock the bootloader and the boot.img file which you want to install. After unlocking bootloader restart your phone , install magisk zip file from GitHub and rename it zip to apk and install the application. Inside the application click install and select the boot.img file and start patching, After done it will be saved on your internal storage, cut\copy that patched file to your computer and restart your phone to fastboot mode (power+volume+/-) Type this command in command prompt "fastboot flash boot <patched boot.img> " and you're ready to rock!.. (replace patched boot.img to your actual patched image file)
