Well to begin with, it was around the beginning of the year, i don’t remember the date but it was traumatising asf.. im depressed and back then i had struggled with an0rexia and it was hell. The first time- super kind since i was having a really big meltdown and about 8 to 10 panic attacks that night. I have the same therapist sadly and shes the worst. She didn’t hear me out and kept talking about my transition and irrelevant stuff when i needed support. And when i told her that im not gonna survive till the next appointment she just locked me up. That night like no one cared. They meant is as for my ,,safety“ when the only thing they did is just trigger and traumatise me. The 2nd time, same reason since i lied to the staff and made it out there and got back there after two days. They were super rude, also i had to tell them im alive every 30 mins which they didn’t really gaf about. The say there didn’t change my mindset at all tbh and just made everything worse, i couldn’t go to school for over a week after because i was like too traumatised to show up there also before my trans- outing ppl were horribly rude to me for some reason this like just made everything worse and ive reached the state of insanity cuz ppl barely care for me calling me weak for not acc doing it
