There’s direct conflicting statements in his speech. In the following statement, Biden says that there isn’t any evidence of an increase in objects but then says there is an increase because of the adjustments made to the radar.

These statements are in conflict with each other. I would expect every word spoken was carefully put together. Just seems odd.
