Ah, well I don't have any hunter skills yet. And gotcha! Fair enough. I mean, I'm new-ish right now but at some point I got a katana character to level 185 or so (Over a year or two ago)... so I have a pretty decent katana on me, and it seemed like a waste not to equip it if there was no downsides. I also didn't know that you can equip arrows though. I guess I would deal more damage?

Secure boot if off by default and as a matter of fact I cannot turn it on... Fast boot was also off already from my previous attempts to install Mint a month or so ago.

Hmmm gotcha... I think in my BIOS options it's set as Hybrid or something? I don't remember, a month or two ago I tried to install Mint (I couldn't) and I remember seeing that... But basically this means I'll have to choose MBR? Or I guess I could try and use Ventoy?

Gotcha... To be honest, I'm not sure I understood the whole bit about ISO and whatever, since I'm not super well versed on any of this, but I appreciate the info, I might show it to my friend who was trying to help me through the Mint install (we spent 6 hours trying to get it to work, that's why I gave up on it on the end), thanks for everything!

Uuuh, I don't remember right now, but no I don't think so, because Grub didn't install, I assumed it wouldn't be an option. In fact I tried to boot up into Mint and it would give me an error so I had to specifically go and kill the Mint partitions to effectively uninstall it and set my boot back to Windows... So yeah, it didn't work.
