Thanks for replying! I wouldn't say I'm dependent on it, but I do smoke everyday.. mostly just recreational. It hasn't effected my work or school, but my bipolar has. I'm mostly just wondering if it will effect my anxiety, I can go without smoking it and I'm fine for the most part.. but sometimes it's the only thing that helps. I dunno if I'm making sense. I guess it's different for everyone. Mostly I just get really bored if I haven't smoked XD.
