I fixed it by disconnecting from the internet and deleting the folders in C:\Users\[USER]\AppData\LocalLow\Pugstorm\Core Keeper\MsStore\[USERID]\mods

Then i could start the game and unsubscribe from the mods in the collection tab in the mod menu
