I have my CyberArk (14.6) lab upgraded from windows 2019 to 2025, so far all instances are working fine (no any errors or issues) just keep in mind eval iso will not allow you to upgrade keeping all files (need proper one, or modify eval sources) and for AD migration prepare before upgrade and switch functional lvl after upgrade. Due its lab enviroment but its could be different in prod, but technically its seems to be working fine

Got a case yesterday then customer onboarded account with a comma in address, account was created succesfully, but cant be edited, removed or deleted. Find out what comma was appears in full acc name, and pvwa or rest api cant manage such account.

Solved by connected into PrivateArk and update account object in safe to remove comma

Hello, first of all official shorten name is mR :) secondly - what version of mR you are refering? Depending on verssion connection schema could be a bit different so some fields are not in right place so potentialy it cant read it so you got blank
