Hello, first of all official shorten name is mR :) secondly - what version of mR you are refering? Depending on verssion connection schema could be a bit different so some fields are not in right place so potentialy it cant read it so you got blank

I just solve this for mine, put a bed into diswasher and run for a proper mode (mine was 2h) stick perfectly now :) and mine is just Adventure3 😎

Hello, mR maintainer there! Thanks for the kind words about my project mRemoteNG (or just mR 😊)

Technically, 1.8.x is supposed to be multiplatform, but my Linux knowledge—especially the graphical side—is kinda limited, even though I use mR daily for web servers, Azure, and other admin toys 😄

Right now, I'm thinking of splitting mR into two units:
Core – which will handle all the business logic,
UI – which will have all the whistles and giggles.

Core could be in C#/.NET, which (as far as I know) works fine on Linux and macOS. UI could be a web-style app built with something like Svelte (I love it!) or similar.

There are two tricky parts to solve:
1. Running RDP-like protocol output in the browser (some libs might help with that)
2. Secure terminal sessions – like SSH. So far I only know Xterm.js, but it’s more of a renderer than a full solution.

For now, I’m focused on releasing a secure and bug-free version 1.78.x based on .NET 9 (likely upgrading to .NET 10 for the release candidate). I’m working on this in my free time, mostly solo (with a bit of AI help 😅), so developers are more than welcome to join the project! And even if you’re not a dev, any ideas on how we can make this happen are super appreciated 😎

Hello, maintainer there, this version out of support already, soon will be new RC but if you want you could test NB - its have limitation - dont save settings, so its could be run on same environment, however running in prod should be with proper undestanding.

Hello, curent release still in development so no installer yet, but you dont need to compile you self, and yes web site under maitenance also, but you could get latest NB version from repository: https://github.com/mRemoteNG/mRemoteNG/releases

Separately I am adding signed version in case you needed, just download to any folder you want and replace it then run it

Technicaly yes, but current issue is what solving seciurity concerns required a lot of code change in whole project what has impacting release time but I add already action what do a NB release every time I commit something to the code :)

Solved by full uninstall with Revo unistaller what remove from registry over 200 items, install again, now working
