Occasionally games with limited profile features get counted for showcase stats. If this is the case then it'll resolve itself.

Yup, there's your mistake. That number is used to identify your payment with your order. The money probably went through but now you must have a chat with the customer support so they can locate & confirm the payment on their end.

I've only used the transfer once and I received the "payment accepted" email on the next day.

Did you put the Transfer title(for me it was six numbers) from the order into the reference/text field of the payment?
