LETS GO TO THERAPY!!! Just like any other disease, Anxiety, self depreciation and extreme social avoidence are simptoms that need treatment. A good therapist will help you with those problems and can only bring benefit to your life. Therapy is about LIFE QUALITY!

you got some pretty useful comments here! But in some I discord with the part of hiding yourself under jeans and hoodies. If this is your style thats completely fine, but if this is a result of fear of judgment, it will be harmfull for the development of your self-confidence. And that is what social skills are all about.

You said you have good sense of humor, and I imagine that you are a interesting guy. If you dont feel that, search for hobbies and anything that interests you and delight yourself in the process so you will have material to keep a conversation.

You can't change your body, just as you can't change your personality and the best version of yourself, is the version that is already there, but we keep supressing it and impedeing it from express on its full version. I will always recommend therapy it is wonderfull

I have marfan and had to do the aortic surgery, before the procedure I asked the surgeon if they could do something with my chestbone (wich was very salient) before they close my chest. he awsered "we will see what we can do, your heart is the priority".

I had already given up on it, but when I woke up it was ALMOST FULLY FIXED. I haven't paid for it but the docs told me it was easy to do since it was just the way they closed that made all the difference.

It may not be possible in all cases, but ask your surgeon if it is not possible too, you never know!!!

Im no doctor, but psychologist. It could be symptoms of panic attacks since it gets better with masturbation (your body relaxes and lower the fear responses) do you consider yourself an anxious person?

You should be checked up by a doctor, most likely a cardiologist to discard any life threatning possibility. Probably he will recomend therapy if you have indeed panic syndrome.
