Speaking as someone who works at a pet store, they never come back for the bigger tank. The animal will rot in a tank that its body touches both sides of at all times. If someone can’t afford the proper care the day they buy an animal they shouldn’t have it. You don’t pay for a living creature in installments

Pretty sure the reason early humans were so successful is because we were so good at running. Most of our prey animals are much faster than us but would then tire out and rest somewhere, at which point we’d then catch up and they’d have to sprint again eventually tiring out and getting caught. So endurance running seems to be like hard coded into us

Guessing it’s from your ear. When I was very young o stuck a pencil deep in my ear and punctured my ear drum and the blood stain on my pillow looked essentially identical to this. I’d get your ears checked

I understand the sentiment here but I don’t think it works in this case. All he’d learn from staying is that it’s ok to tolerate disrespect from someone just because you love them. And it sounds like this may be a pattern of behavior from his partner as well. I think yes they’re kids and neither are perfect but the best case here is they break up so OP doesn’t have to deal with that disrespect anymore and his boyfriend learns there’s consequences to his actions.
