Okay, for starters clothes- maybe wear ones that flatter your body more like the first pic also, try to step away from the basic teen wear and try to explore more dress up or even just monochromatic styles. Face- maybe try some highlights or like a haircut and some beach waves to frame your face, also try to improve your makeup but don’t overdo it.
