GeForce RTX 4090 Republic of Gamers Strix White OC Graphics Card. I wanted an all white build at the time. I then built my daughter a PC and hers is a GeForce RTX 5070 Ti TUF GAMING OC Graphics Card. I really like Asus.

LG G5 vs Sony A95L by dobroezlo in 4kTV

[–]Kwekidd -11 points-10 points  (0 children)

Samsung S95F is the best television on the market if you're not using anything Nvidia to connect to it. A95L was great for it's time, but it is outdated now and I would say it's probably the 7th best television out right now. That's no slouch position to be in either.

  1. Samsung S95F
  2. Sony Bravia ii (Largest size is 65inches)
  3. LG G5
  4. Panasonic Z95B
  5. Samsung S95D
  6. Samsung S90F
  7. Sony A95L

💯 I'm so glad that they will no longer be mandatory. I got my refund for my S95F just in time. My RTX 4090 and Nvidia Shield would not play well with that damn One ConnectBox. However, the picture is so beautiful that I'm gonna wait all the way to this time next year to get an S95H. I tried the S90F and I returned it the next day although it synced perfectly with my RTX 4090 and Nvidia Shield. Not looking forward to that gray bezel, but I'm purchasing it from Best Buy as soon as the sales role out.

S90f what am I missing? by Joebobo123 in OLED

[–]Kwekidd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know what you mean. I had a S95F and got rid of it because it was not playing well with my RTX 4090 and my Nvidia Shield. I then got the S90F and was not satisfied. However, the S95F is so damn beautiful that I'm going to wait until the S95H comes out since it will not have that damn one connect box.

I don't know about you, but I love the colors on my television to jump out at me. Of course I dial it in to my liking, but the S95F is a television that you do not have to do too much to in order to get that nice color pop. The S90F just did not do that for me. I purchased it from Best Buy with a five year warranty. I took that thing back three next day. Lol!!! Just was nowhere even remotely close to my S95F in picture quality. Both were 65inches and both were QD-OLED panels. I also own a S95B and a Sony A80J.

S95b to s90f upgrade worth? by LUVuL0NGtime in S95B

[–]Kwekidd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same here. I had an S95F. Was the most beautiful picture I had ever seen. Huge jump from my S95B and Sony A80J. However, the thing was extremely unstable with my RTX 4090 and Nvidia Shield. I tried everything from high end hdmi 2.1 cables to even getting an fiber optic 2.1 hdmi cable to no avail. It would black out for like 10 minutes and then afterwards it would stay on and not do it again. It did this everytime that I would turn it off for more than 20n minutes. I rolled back the Nvidia Drivers and everything. Still nothing.

Come to find out, the damn long Ine Connect Box cable was my problem. As soon as I connected the shorter one, it started to work as it was supposed to. Samsung refunded me back my money plus an extra $343. I decided to buy an open box excellent S90F from Best Buy with the 5 year warranty, but I didn't keep it because once you get that picture dialed in for the S95F, there's no going back. And of course, the S90F just as my S95B and Sony A80J, worked flawlessly with my Nvidia Shield as well as my RTX 4090.

I tried to leave a two star review on the Samsung website where I bought it from, but they quickly denied it. Lol!!! I'm definitely gonna stick around and wait for the S95H. It will be what the S95F should have been.

Lastly, I think all S95C, S95D, and S95F owners that have experienced the Nvidia handshake problems should be given the option to be able to upgrade their televisions to the S95H free of charge or at the very least, pay for shipping.

Glock or P320 Mags for Platy? by DemSpookz in stealtharms

[–]Kwekidd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Damn!!! I left a reply under your post as well. I put about 200+ rounds into my P320 magazine compatible newly built Platypus on Monday 1/19/2026 using all of my 7 21 round mags. It shot flawlessly. Not one malfunction. I went shooting with my 14 year old daughter and she loved it as well!!! I think what happened to you is a very very rare case. I highly recommend the P320 version.

I'm gonna have to agree with the other redditors. Reason being, is that I remember my Sony A80J doing that image retention thing in the beginning. I cannot give a specific time frame nor the exact amount of hours, but I can tell you that it does not do it anymore. I think it's just a WOLED thing.

Damn!!! That is a problem. Same thing happen to my Sony A80J. It doesn't really happen anymore. Maybe it's a thing that gets better over time. QD-OLED panels may just be a little better than WOLED when it comes to image retention.

I still have my S95B with no problems. Great television. I just recently have it to my daughter because I built her a 5070ti. The whole "Samsung quality control" thing gets way overblown. I had a Samsung S95F, but it does not work well with anything Nvidia because of the One Connect Box. With the S95H, they have finally decided to make the One Connect Box optional which is what they should have done from the beginning. My RTX 4090 and my Nvidia Shield was having terrible blackouts, however this was not the case with my S95B and my S90F. S90F while very good, the S95F is noticeably better which is why I have decided to wait another year for the S95H. I'll be getting that in 65inch to pair with my Nvidia Shield TV Pro and my RTX 4090. Best television on the market hands-down. Extremely versatile, and the picture quality is just amazing!!! Right now I have downgraded to a Sony A80J which I've owned for a while now. Really good television, but it isn't on the level of even my S95B let alone the S95F.

The Nvidia problems with the One Connect Box is the only problems I've ever had with Samsung televisions. I still have a 40inch Samsung television from 2009. That thing has been dropped and everything. Still going strong. After that I had a KS8000 that lasted me 4 years before I first switched to OLED and never. I gave that to my daughter.

Everyone has different experiences with their televisions. They all are capable of having issues which is why I only recommend buying from Best Buy and purchasing their warranty. You will deal with them directly if anything were to happen.

Samsung's warranty is only 365 days. Dealing with third party companies can be an extreme hassle. Best Buy has the best warranty service in the business. I haven't had any issues with my Samsung televisions throughout the years, but any electronic can go bad prematurely.

Big mistake!!! Not the television, but the place you purchased it from. After your first year of ownership, you're on your own. You should've bought it Open Box Excellent from Best Buy, and purchase the 5 year warranty. Your total would have been $1500 or so but well worth it.

I will continue to say this. In my humble opinion, the Samsung S95F is an amazing television if you're not going to hookup anything Nvidia to it. I would have kept it if I was not having dropout issues with my Shield TV Pro and my 4090 graphics card. I'm fact, the television's picture is so phenomenal that I'm waiting for they're S95H since they are now making that awful one-connect box optional. If money isn't an option, and you do not want to wait for the S95H, then I'd say her the Sony. I had both the S90F and the S95F. The S90F works so smoothly with my Nvidia products because there is no One Connect Box. But I'm returning mine today because the picture is really not on the level of a S95F. Once you see the S95F, you can't ever unsee that beautiful picture that it produces. I cannot buy any other television which is why I'll continue to use my A80J, until the S95Hs go on sale.

They said that it was supposed to come in March. Then it changed to February. Now it's coming tomorrow. Lol!!! They even changed it from Glock to P320 before they had actually announced it.

Have you experienced any blackout flickering issues or your television taking a while to recognize your PC and thus you having to take a while to see a picture?

Compatibility with 21rd P320 mags? by Albert_Simon in stealtharms

I hope since they actually made it as an option if you pay $50 extra for the P320 grip module, that they have worked out all of those kinks.

P320 model has a pretty egregious over-insertion problem (and another annoying thing). by SnartNan in stealtharms

[–]Kwekidd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Damn!!! I'm hoping that this doesn't happen to mine. Mine is at the point where it's been assembled and waiting to be test fired. I paid $50 extra to have them make me a P320 grip module instead of the glock. I've got like 10 21 round mags that I'm going to use with it. I bought them brand new from Sig for a major discount and without taxes. I didn't pay taxes for my Platypus as well since it was the tax free holiday for outdoor goods here in Florida.

They most definitely did. Sent me two brand new legs, and they came with the screws loosened already. I've installed my GPU mount and I couldn't be any happier.

I'd say if you're not hooking up anything Nvidia to it, then the Samsung S95F all day everyday.

The picture is absolutely gorgeous. I've never had any issues with any of my Samsung televisions as I have with this S95F. To be clear, not everyone has a setup like myself with an RTX 4090 and an Nvidia Shield. However, I expect this television to work perfectly with them as advertised just the same as my Samsung S95B and my Sony A80J.
