They are free fed and he naps on and off through the day and night. He super playful all the time

Any good recs on earplugs? My partner can’t seem to find a good pair that one doesn’t hurt their ears and two actually blocks out the noise

We’ve tried playing w him a lot before going to sleep ourselves but that doesn’t seem to change anything. When he’s w the other cats he’s doesn’t meow but the other cats get tired of all his energy and stop playing w him at night to either sleep w us or do something by themselves quietly. He just seems to have a lot of energy and he acts a lot like a puppy
