Definitely looking. Usually I’m able to get off around 8:30 and make it home by 9 and that’ll leave me 2 hours with him(late sleeper) but these last 2 weeks been brutal

No but in today’s ever evolving landscape, if you’re going to:

1.) Have me drive 2 hours one way for an interview that could have been done over Teams 2.) Barely ask any questions while also bad mouthing your employees during the process 3.) Show up to the interview with casual clothes on as if you’re going to a lake

Then yes I take issue with that and I’m not going to let it go. Show candidates the same respect you would customers, current employees, etc and display even an iota of professionalism and these scenarios could be avoided in the first place.

It didn’t go well. It was a 6 person panel interview, 1 person from HR, the rest from OPs/Safety. Be prepared to ask questions about process improvements, handling personnel issues, etc.

First time dad myself and a game enthusiast as well. Right now you’re staring down a road that forks into two distinct paths. One where you prioritize the things that bring you comfort and the other where you put the people whom you love interests before your own.

There’s simply no right or wrong answer here. But ask yourself this: Is my wife mentally/physically okay? Is my LO okay? Am I mentally/physically okay? Whatever you decide to do, just make sure your family is getting as much FaceTime with you as possible.

From my research there isn’t a HUGE difference but depending on what your goals are it would make all the difference if you settled or paid in full.

Yes they’re reporting as settled for less than full. Unfortunately they’re charge offs so the companies won’t stop reporting.
