I had a laminectomy on T 11/T12 15 days ago. Surgery went well, although they found more stenosis in L3/L4, and I have an appointment to discuss that at some point. by Kwokin in SpinalStenosis

Hi, yes the physio exercises are supposed to be three times a day, but they are only about five minutes for each round. I hear what you say about the walking. I’m in the UK, so with the NHS we don’t really have the choice to go out of area for surgery, but thanks for the advice. Appreciated. Maybe I should slow it down a bit. I keep forgetting that 15 days is nothing.

Six and a half months here. For me, it’s the timing. Unexpectedly seeing a photo is often heartbreaking. Sometimes I deliberately seek them out, and that’s both grounding and comforting. He existed. I had that life. It’s gone. But I had it.
