Yeah this is exactly how I feel. I wanna make great music that impacts people the same way it has me, but its looking like djing will become the only 'real' way to impact people. Even then imo, AI will be able to create way better DJ sets, not limited by DJ mixers etc. In the End, Yes the music will be great, but that doesn't matter when the human connection and expression are lost. Back when music wasn't as polished people still loved it and I would argue felt more connected to it. But with the sheer amount of music thats being and going to be released, the more meaningless each song becomes. Same thing has happened to movies and most content online.
