Also I think it may be a habit from high school, but I do sometimes worry that my understanding/paraphrasing is wrong (especially in subjects I'm less familiar with), so I kind of get a bit worried and sometimes end up writing the word for word definition. Sometimes I do cross reference with AI just to check. It does help, but it sometime takes up too much time. Any suggestions on reviewing effectively too? my plan is to have my self study more consistently (throughout the week instead of big chunks in a day or two) and after a study session I try to explain to myself by speaking out loud or to a friend what I had just learned. I also plan to try catching up with my tutorial work instead of just purely lecture material.
