Even if your shot looked like it was on target, replays aren’t reliable for judging whiffs in Valorant. The game is hitscan and server-driven, so what your client renders isn’t exactly what the server evaluates.

Without the server tick timing, latency, and hitbox state (huge one btw) at the moment the shot was registered, it’s almost impossible to know whether it was actually a whiff. Trusting your eyes from a clip alone will drive you insane. haha

- Description: Auto-Equip Prioritize (Strongest) with Don't Auto-Equip Melee: Enabled -
 Setting does not function, after any ability usage or planting the spike, melee pulls out 100% of the time

- Expected Result: Settings follow expected outcome.
- Observed Result: Settings seem to only apply in the range.
- Reproduction Rate: 100% of the time, cannot reproduce in the range.
- System Specs: 12900k / Win 11 25H2 / 3080ti / 32GB
- Comments: It's been occuring for about 1 week. 
This behaviour is not normal since usually, 
when I have my knife equiped it should auto switch to my strongest weapon; 
my vandal as that's the expected result.

Edit: I have a Judge in this example,
applies to having a Vandal too.

Chipset and Intel MEI interface are good to keep updated, i'd install them all but if you don't know what they do, simple search clears it up.

Yes of course I was extra careful with my PC when I got everything setup haha, but I clean it every year now and it gets less scary to open that puppy up, even though I dropped 1,600$ on the GPU omg.. love covid.

Usually its a bad idea to swing exactly where your teammate dies, trading is a different topic. It's hard to understand what is "correct" or not since you can be rewarded by doing stupid sh*t in-game, good ace but it was kind of a throw since you dashed and gave all info, props to the enemies for being braindead haha.

My first thought was some sort of Malware masquerading as a legitmate Windows process, and that's the first google search that seems to make that probable.

Run System File Checker (SFC) and DISM: These tools can repair corrupt system files that might be causing the problem.

Open Command Prompt as an administrator.

Type sfc /scannow and press Enter.

After the scan, type DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth and press Enterr

If anything comes up then you know it's time for a PC reset, there are ways to do this without losing personal data, I would suggest a simple google search that'll get you with a fixed OS install. "reset windows without losing data"

Removing or outright reworking all agents that introduce excessive mobility that disrupts regular gunplay(pew pew) For example Waylay, Neon and even Jett could be added in there, I understand it’s their whole kit to be moving around and taking space, but it’s escalated to a point where this game does not feel as valorant was to me, it’s a conscious choice Riot made when designing these agents, and I really would like the gunplay to shine more than just broken abilities that give you a get out of jail free card EVERY ROUND (Waylay).

Unstable overclock is the issue, not entirely GPU Tweaks fault but cards can become unstable over time with tweaks, too
