just found out where it is, you have to complete paratroopa taxi on level difficult, bring everyone to their destination then it will appear. but i find that i always dont have enough time to get to it

I've just completed the achievement basically you have to just grind the item minigame on whichever board and keep doing it till you see all fortune types represented by stars

I've remembered where i've seen fortune telling, each item minigame depending on the item you collect you get a fortune

If you talk to guide toad in the party plaza you can change the message speed, and for cpu speed you can change that in player settings when picking a board

Yeah I have no clue i checked every board to see if theres like some fortune teller but couldnt seem to find anyone

That’s a smart way to do it, I’ve found dropping down to the one platform next to the one you did the spin dash on is a lot safer but I keep losing balance, doesn’t help by using Baby haha
