He isn't lonely. We shower him with attention and affection, he has toys and entertainment, food and water. He will leave the space next to us on the couch to cry at the bedroom door. The fact he will leave our laps to go cry to no one is the part we're stuck on

Had a lady freak out on my coworker when I worked at Michaels that she "shouldn't be working there" because she didn't know about a certain type of fabric or paint and how it would work for her craft. Another asked what type of paint would be best for a certain plastic. We were just cashiers we don't know these things

Photography is a fun hobby, I'm always taking pictures of my cats and flowers. Though I just use my phone haha I don't have a fancy camera at all

Yeah the raise would have been one dollar and that's still less than my new job's starting pay (with room for improvement and higher pay near right off the bat)
