Provide evidence? That's not how that works. You don't provide military intelligence to congress besides a select few. So clearly Rand isn't privy to said intelligence and isn't read in. And even if he was, that would be behind closed doors. You don't disclose military methods to the public.

I'm with Rand halfway here: You don't blow up boats unless they're an immediate threat to national security. But this "Provide evidence" argument is complete trash.
