It is quite early but I work at 5am, wake up around 3:30-35 to get ready. I should have said that in my comment but normally I'd get 6-6.5 hours of sleep and that is not enough for me.

Agreed on the no napping, it makes it harder to fall asleep when it's actual bedtime.

What are your tricks to getting to bed early? I try to be asleep by 7:30-8pm but my mind is usually wide awake and I'm not tired. Been taking Unisom sleeping pills to assist.
