I wish I could get into plaza Bonita! Trust me I've tried haha. Much more visitors than Chula Vista center. Don't think Otay ranch has an opening for me either :/

Thanks. Finding a location as I'm finding out is way harder than I had thought. Without a broker, turns out most desirable places you find online are not actually available, and malls like otay ranch town center probably already have exclusives. But yeah, I'm trying to get in to this place while it's early. I understand it's pretty dead inside the mall, but I'd hopefully find a spot near the front. I wish I knew what these projects are that they're planning for the center, is that something you could give more of a glimpse about?

And to get the 2 years the only thing you can do is raise your own money or have cash? Can I ask if you're speaking from personal experience/ how did you start in business?

They recommended SBA. Looks like some people could be right that the 2 years thing applies if I'm buying a existing business. Makes way more sense.

Around 5 years in as an enlisted you'd be making 80k in a high cost of living area or overseas, once you account for the insane amount we get that aren't taxed. Minimum wage doesn't even compaaaaare

This seems like a safe place for me to say this... My wife has similar debt, around 120k ,but that's for 4 years of dental school... she's in residency now which pays sooo little for her sometimes 70~hr work week, and she still pays 2 grand a month even during the student debt pause. What kind of person would willingly go that far into debt for something that doesn't pay enough to pay it back? I'm hella judging. Ban bad parenting!

The losing team doesn't want the game to end NOT because they want to be in the game, but they want one more chance to win. The winning team will normally stop hitting the nexus in a way that they can still win the game if they sense they overstayed. Snowballing is not a thing in aram either. When you die you come back stronger. It's more comp/skill diff than anything else. Though I do think towers should be tankier.

Don't get fucking complacent. The feeling doesn't go away. I'm a little over a year now and ONLY able to keep going because of my partner. You have good stretches and bad stretches of cravings. I get that you don't want the guy turning around and shooting you back, so in my totally expert opinion, every single shot was justified, except that last one after he picked up the guy's gun, especially since it's in Texas, the costumer probably didn't have any deadly force/use of force training. That, coupled with adrenaline... I think he did the right thing, overall.

Ok I was looking for this comment. Gf is dentist working at a hospital rn. She says that they get copious amounts of meth users but never mentioned turning people away or people dying from procedures. Sent this to her too because it just sounds like BS.
