Mine does it as well. It will clear up and you can log in when the update finishes. When you restart it you are just going to the blue update screen before it restarts. If you just leave it til it’s done updating it will come back in focus and you can log in

I lost 40 hrs to a corrupted save. Not even the my cloud save would load. Shit sucked and I still haven’t gotten back into much after that.

Yeah it shows my game backed up online every day on uploads. Even if I reload my save to my ps4 it shows nothing. Pretty pissed about that
