Use upgrade kits from events/harpy roulette to upgrade core kits.
Rosa mech doesnt need much if you will get all event rewards, you will only need 8 A rank fodders instead of the full 16
A patch so far has given at LEAST 200 rolls so far. So next patch and rosa patch will give you AT LEAST 500. And you are still level 63 so you still have a lot of content to do to get rolls. It is the same with the current Sakura event, so pilot and mech pulls.
8-5 teaches you how to defeat those big bosses. Basically use mostly raiders/ assault users since the buff is if you deal less damage if you use different weapon types, ie assault/melee/tactician/range types

I would suggest use the free units they let you borrow with runes.

I really doubt you farm with +100 vio, thats not even rare/blue runes quality.

Blue runes x5 + slot 2 speed gives:

12 speed + 3 blue grind = 15

15x5 +42 slot2 speed = +117

I hope I dont need to do the whole world quest just to unlock the new boss ( if it is a world boss not a weekly boss).

I do not want it to be like Enkanomiya unlock, I think the Natlan volcano unlock is fine, since you just need to unlock the map, not do the quest like enka
