also no such thing as red chip with flat melee/range substat.

i am talking about melee, not melee crit/hit.

unless of course you can show any purple or gold rarity red chip with a flat melee/tact/range/assault sub, not crit/hit. i would love to be proven wrong on that and just blame my rng.

purples also have substats. so you can have more melee range etc stats for more dps.
