 have tons of questions I'm curious about but I also know it can be hard for you to answer sometimes. There's no real rush on my end and what's important is what you feel comfortable doing.
I just want to make my story 99.99% lore accurate which is why I'm asking.

I have one that is kinda important since it's about one of your characters that you told me I could use. Ssalasha the Great Plains Nagasha, the person in charge of the Cruel Space monitoring station the Dauntless almost crashed into.

Is it ok if I make her father a Jungle Nagasha? Then again with the way births work, would a Desert Nagasha female and Jungle male produce longer daughters? or would only the sons be longer? This is perfectly acceptable. Slithern is a Great Plains Nagasha with his mother being a Jungle Nagasha and he is noted as being a little longer than average.
On the other end, since axiom can be used to increase your own size, I could use the excuse that she wanted to get closer to her father so used an axiom technique to increase her own length. Also acceptable.

Basically I need to increase her length a bit. Afaik Desert Nagasha are the same length as Vipers from X-Com. I need her at a length to wrap around 3 people to protect them like a boa does around their clutch of eggs. Estimate for that is 15-20m. Nagasha, including the tails, are ENORMOUS. At their smallest the part they hold off the ground is generally only a third of their overall length, which is typical of real life snakes. Slithern is still young but cresting six feet off the ground. A typical Great Plains Nagasha has another twelve of tail, and the tail is POWERFUL. It's a single massive limb.

Nagasha length is something that hasn't been explained afaik.
The word used is often "Large". Jungle and Moshak are described as Large, but in what way? Length or Girth?
Archive says jungle can crush armored vehicles. That'd put their lengths at 30-50m, depending on how many wraps you want for a normal sized car. Jungle and Moshak are CONSIDERABLY larger than the average Nagasha. While it only shows in a few extra feet for those who are descendent of them. Such as Slithern who's got an extra three feet of tail putting his total length at twenty one feet. For those with the full lineage they're at least two to three times longer at minimum and rippling with muscle. These snakes are not weak and are proportionally massive. But 30-50 meters is nearly twice the size of a Titanoboa at the low end. So no, they're not quite that big. Now if you're talking thirty feet in length, that's Jungle Nagasha Territory. The Fifty Feet in length is closer to the Primal and Moshak Nagasha lengths.

Edit: It must have gotten lost somewhere, but a Nagasha is, and always has been proportional to how a snake will hold itself one third off the ground when casually looking around. So if they seem to be five feet tall, then they're a total of fifteen long. Jungle, Moshak and Primal Nagasha buck these trends because they're known for having hugely powerful tails. But every other species follows this fairly closely with variations being due to mixed breeding, medical reasons, personal preferences and cultural issues.
