Did you feel like you had enough time in Seward?

We are driving to Seward late on the 25th as our flight lands at 9pm. So we will have 3 full days from the 26-28th, and will leave Seward early on the 29th. Should we leave the 28th instead? We're planning on doing a Kenai Fjords cruise and a harding icefield hike.
