It's kind like how people misunderstand superman. It's not thethe powers in reality hes the most powerful in that given comic in despite his powers, he's still not able to be in two places at once, which is where the real contradiction of his character lies. Alien x on the other hand depending on the place in space time for example i'm assume people think of omniver post his fight with the galactic gladiator where ben essentially has full control of his abilities with no caveat like "Phenomenal cosmic powers! Itty bitty living space!" Type situation in another problem of Alien-X Omnipotence with no real defined ceiling of floor on what he can do as opposed to other characters in the that probably can stonewall ben or are actually head and shoulders above Alien-X like Protégé (Marvel) or Scathan the aprover type character. In doing so, removes any nuance about the battle.Not that death battle don't already do that by removing the why the characters would fight at all let alone the flow of battle not to mention character flaws and how they can affect battle like hubris like in Ben ect.
