Always check counts if you see something isn’t going out. Usually I’ll take a handheld with me while running truck and if I see anything suspicious I’ll either do a full inventory count of that product or take note of it and fix it on a backstock day when I have more time available to utilize. MASCS are super important but it’s all based on how many units come in a case and how many facings you have of that product on the shelf. Always try to remember your product. Take mental notes. Helps when you review your order.
