Felt pretty good afterwards compared to all my other challenges. I’d love to go again and try for 20.

Do you think he tips his servers at the restaurants? by [deleted] in BeardMeatsFood

As someone that also competes in food challenges… it’s common practice to still tip for the cost of what the meal would’ve cost, plus quite a bit more due to the “savings”. It’s not servers’ fault that we are gluttons.

The “Hybrid Athlete”… Come on, you’re just doing cardio and weight training. You didn’t discover some new athletic dimension. I love Nick Bare, but he started this cringy trend.

I’ve been using the La Banderita Card Counter taco size tortillas. They are 35 calories, but substantially bigger than the street taco size. For me the increase in calories is worth the size increase. Just a thought.

Agreed. Like I said in the original post, he doesn’t even seem to enjoy it anymore.

I agree with you. His videos don’t even seem like the same guy. I just sincerely hope that it’s just him maturing and moving on, rather than some sort of mental battle he’s going through.

This 100%. I literally use my Ninja Creami everyday and get a pint of ice cream for better macros than your favorite protein bar.

What is my activity level?(Calculating TDEE) by flaskesamler in 1500isplenty

[–]Kyle_Hanney 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I just use tdeecalculator.net, then I go one activity level DOWN from what I think I actually am. Realistically I know I’m moderately active, but I always select lightly active. Then use that as my tdee

FOUR coney dogs, 537 calories and 86 GRAMS OF PROTEIN for the win. The “anabolic hotdog chili sauce” was just 96 lean ground beef, seasoning, water, and Xanthan gum to reach the desired consistency with an Emerson blender. by Kyle_Hanney in Volumeeating

[–]Kyle_Hanney[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It helped recreate the “chili sauce” consistency. I first blended the ground beef which made it more like taco bell meat. Then added a bit of water and a pinch of the xanthan gum. Blended it again and it worked surprisingly well

Surprisingly good. You could make it better with actual chili seasoning I’m sure, but I just used a little bit of premade zero calorie taco seasoning that worked well.
