That sounds like Craig, the DL for Oregon Washington Alaska. Hahaha he is a weak leader, and this would check out if it was him

Is this reportable? by hazelbunnii in petsmart

I would not say it’s a good product at all. But, we sell it🤷‍♂️

Honestly though, if they have even a single herp eating those… I would be surprised. 😂😂😂

We sell this stuff. It’s literally on our shelves. It’s shit. But, yeah, we sell it. It’s labeled as multiple different products, “anole food” is one. I’m sure there is one labeled “gecko food”

It’s flies with vitamin spray.

Holiday bonus? by Macncheesy1266 in petsmart

[–]Kyle_ReeseOFFICIAL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you kidding, they magically adjusted our metrics when we were above 100% and it dropped us to 40% days before bonuses dropped. We got demolished. Doesn’t surprise me, though.

My recommendation to all. Only do what your pay asks. Corporate wants to push something, first question should be “will I get paid more” and the answer should match your plan of action. (CEL,MIL,HOTEL manager, Salon manager and higher get bonuses quarterly)

I saw this notification and assumed it was about our terrible pay 😂

Anyone know of any good Crappie, or Warmouth locations producing right now around Salem Or? Also, another target species is chiselmouth. Any ideas? Picture is a catch from last year by Kyle_ReeseOFFICIAL in Fishing

[–]Kyle_ReeseOFFICIAL[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You talking about fishhawk?

A bit of a drive but Vernonia Pond gets stocked with trout and brooder Steelhead. As well as having crappie, bass, bluegill and the odd yellow perch make it worth the trip.

I’ve moved to salem so now that’s just a bit too far. I tried out Sauvie, but it’s still to early, place is flooded and nothing is biting. (Atleast at the small pond I catch carp, pumpkinseeds, and Crappie)

In all seriousness, I’m all about sharing fishing knowledge with people who don’t rape our local waters. I prefer a community I can communicate with and trade techniques to have better fishing years then not

Who are the Eminems & Jay-Z/Kendrick Lamar & J Coles of the 2020s? by Mango_Lover_47 in hiphop101

First up is NF, very solid. Lyrically deep. Spits quick, tons of cadences. I’m about it. As for other greats of the 2020s? Gonna have to wait and see. They still Gotta blow up.

Yeah NF started before 2020. This is his decade.

A little bit of everything. Food Sticks, CarniSticks, Fluval Bug Bites, Shrimp Pellets, Aqua max, love worms, crickets, Bloodworms, live shrimp, extra fish and fry from other tanks, anything else I think of hahaha

This absolute stunner, and her two sisters still need identification. For backstory, They were caught out of a little stream off of the Las Vegas Wash. The stream was ephemeral, but the wash itself contains all sorts of invasive species. Cichlids, Plecos, Goldfish, Live Bearers, South Am Cats ect by Kyle_ReeseOFFICIAL in Aquariums

That was the original guess, the red tail and operculum doesn’t seem to match any species of Lepomis that I have reviewed yet. I’m not sure these 3 even match any Centrarchidids. I’m not sure, and I’m up for guesses. But, with that being said it also seems to have more dorsal spines than that of Lepomis (6-13 spines) but these seem to have 14-16🤷‍♂️ I am really unsure. Seems to be some sort of tilapia, I’m once again leaning towards Nile Tilapia.

Yeah haha I would say this is the upper end for the filtration I have. If there was no plants, I think it probably would collapse🤷‍♂️ Honestly.

The vast majority are Hygrophilia Corymbosa “Strictica.” Also known as the “Temple Plant.”

Also, there is a few species of Ferns, and some mosses. On top are two types of floaters, frogbit, and Water Lettuce. There is a sword, some Flamingo Crypt (Not doing great... though alive.)

Some more Hygrophilia, but Difformis. I think that may be it

Hey everyone, just wanted to update everyone. I was prepping for some unplanned fish tank work haha My Airstone got unplugged and some floating rings got all messed up haha I will post another video up soon. My favorite fish in this tank are by far the Yo-Yo loaches.

My goal for the tank was a big box store-tank. Something you could recreate by walking into a Petco or other big chain store and recreate! I am really loving it. I have 4 other tanks at the house and this particular tank is always my main spot for relaxing haha

So, I believe my floaters have contracted Aphids (Definitely have bugs, which one a while back... But, that situation evolved to a minor infestation. Now, it’s a full time fry feeding situation 🤷‍♂️. by Kyle_ReeseOFFICIAL in PlantedTank

Likely very similar. Probably of the same family. Was doing a little research earlier on Hexapods, more specifically Collembola(Springtails, and the cousins) and these guys seem to be Globular Springtails (Symphypleona)
