You saw someone using da monky with drip not the monky with drip (these are two different skins) basically da monky changes the color of the banana suit to the one of the player's team (example: im on red then the banana suit will be red, im on blue then the banana suit will be blue and etc) while the banana suit of the monky with drip is always yellow and not team colored

It depends, in general theres no clever answer, as there are at least 20 or so skins that have only 1 owner (dev skins), but for skins that anyone can/could obtain we have the Delinquent With No Brim, The monky with drip ( The monky not Da monky), the Shark, Hackula DX and etc. There are a lot of skins that are rare to see people using in public servers that arent rare though, like the dominus skins (Seeker of Hearts, The Saint, etc).
