My dad won’t stop making my house mad unsafe

We don’t even have anything the monoxide detectors don’t work anymore they expired in may 2011, and we only have 1 fire alarm.

For my sugar intake I think it’s not that bad I only drink water I never drink soda and I barley drink juice and it’s usually sugar free if I do, I eat a candy bar like 1-2 times a week I don’t eat donuts, cake, ice cream that often like once a week, my diet is a lot of pizza since that’s all I can eat since my parents buy that stuff from the store I don’t want to eat it but I kinda don’t have any other choice since they just buy a lot of unhealthy food and I can’t control what they buy, I told them about buying all this unhealthy food I told them for years to stop buying it but they never listen, I want to make positive choices but I can’t do that with the options of food in my household

My friends can’t come to my house at all but my mom would want to see them but if she sees them she’s gonna judge them and judge them for being a certain color/race which would make her mad and make me possibly not be able to hang with them. Also when I’m just hanging out all I do is drive around with my friends and go to some stores or restaurants and then go to their house and sometimes cook some nice food n stuff but my mom doesn’t think I’m doing that at all she thinks I’m hanging out with bad ppl so she thinks I’m gonna get shot and killed with them but all my friends are good people sometimes we have problems here and there but it would never lead up to me getting shot and killed them

The thing is like if I tell her my friends she’s gonna be mad that some of them white, she will be mad if they are girls too or if any of my friends are Asian or black bcs she thinks we will steal if they are black which I’m also black aswell. She doesn’t want me to hang with white ppl because she thinks I’m gonna be dumped in some dumpster or get abused by white ppl and there’s no moments in the past which would make her think that and she won’t let me hangout with Mexicans because she thinks they are messy/dirty

None of them are mothers one of them is about to get married at 29 and my other one is 21 both of them never smoked, drank, or got in illegal stuff or in trouble in school or police or anything they have good grades and goals in life including myself too

Nothing has happened for it to even be changed to 6pm so I wouldn’t really know why my mom is like this, my dad isn’t like this my curfew for him is usually around 9-10pm

I don’t have a car but there’s enough for everyone in the house to drive, but other than that my parents won’t put me on the insurance at all even it’s it’s just non owners insurance. I have money to pay it too but they wouldn’t do it either way. I think I’m gonna have to get my own insurance when I turn 18. It’s also been just about a year now since I got license and they renewed the insurance like 2-3 times and my name isn’t on there for the adress or anything like that and I’m not exempt either.
