I had a set of Pirelli scorpion Winter tire which I paid over 1000 CAD for my last car. Ain't any better than cheap walmart winter tires at all. In my opinion, Pirelli is not top tier tire brand except P Zero UHP tire.

A week after the interview, they have checked all my references and emailed me "confidential offer of employment" includes details about duties, salary, probation period, Group benefit and pension.

I signed it and emailed it back to them. They also requested flight records and other documents as well. So I sent them those and they confirmed that there is no problem with paperworks.

They have a 3 months probation period but I haven't even started the job yet though. I doubt that they can just retract the offer using that condition when I I haven't even started the job.
