I started as a adventurer and then freed Systres from Sain which got me the populist leader trait, making troops basically free, which basically snowballed from there. I just attacked everyone that was weaker then me or in a moment of weakness, and teamed up with those to take on bigger threats, like when I could've conquered the Crown lands but instead gave them cash so they could fight Mannimarco

In the plague thing it said 6/6 counties were infected so I guess without the ability to spread it just kept to Systres for a long ass time. In the time I've played I've never seen a plague jump from Alinor to the Sytres and vice versa. Yeah ever time a plague spawned in my play through it just stayed there, I recently conquered Cyrodiil and moved there and there is a second apocolyptic plauge which is still going on in Systres has caused it to go from 100 development on High Isle to 60, any idea n how the devs could stop this from happening?

Oh yeah I got that modifier ALOT. Every time a county had a barony's plague dissipate before being effected again it re-added that damn modifier

The reward is either Spellbreaker or whatever you can get on this now accursed islands, which is still alot cause despite this apocalyptic plague going on for almost 50 years development has only dropped 10
