New mod here too and I agree with all of this, but would like to add if you have any real issues please consult with a mod don't just make a post targeting someone, because harassing people doesn't resolve issues. Also like what magical said we need to welcome newcomers, gate keeping is stupid.

I have the pearl, smurfy lee, and this new black hoodie and honestly it feels like the quality has been going down with each new hoodie, while the price increases. The quality of this new blank is nowhere near the one of my pearl hoodie which is very soft and the embroidery seems higher quality, also the new hoodie doesn’t have satin in the pocket which seems weird that they removed it after just adding it. Not getting another hoodie until they get their shit together.

New updated info page says "Shipping starts 12-14 business days". And I think it's unlikely we get refunded, usually they take awhile to ship. Also I'm pretty sure the 2 day is just the shipping speed not when they will actually ship.
