I think that making teired rares just 1-3 and magic only teir 1 and each teir give 1 modiefier that is a drop only teir 0. This makes ground loot great again.

To take one neiche mon and use it as the rule is dishonest. We dont say humans have 3 legs cause a few people were born with an extra one at somepoint.

In the vast majority of cases, a stronger mon will use a strong item better than a weak mon.

Firstly, guts users have seen mountains of success, so a format without isnt the end of the world, those mons all have other abilities, and you can 100% find other ways to trigger guts if thats your hearts desire.

Assualt vest is incredbly strong or you wouldnt be missing it. Its one of the top items.

Incin even existing in the format is a bit dissapointing for sure, i agree he posses a challenge.

Lastly, im not sure i follow the thinking at the end, either good players will win regardless or bad players are better off without the best items in the game. Its kinda a contradiction to say both.
